Please read these terms carefully before registering for CONFED-ITA Summit 2026

Registration for CONFED-ITA Summit 2026 is open to members of CONFED-ITA affiliated associations and invited guests. The registration fee of ₹7,500 (+ applicable GST) must be paid in full to confirm your participation. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt and verification of payment. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to summit2026@confedita.co.in. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event. Registered delegates who do not attend without prior cancellation will not be eligible for any refund. Transfers of registration to another person may be permitted with prior written approval from the organising committee.
If a registered delegate is unable to attend, a substitute from the same organisation may be allowed, subject to prior intimation and approval. Substitution requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.
CONFED-ITA reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, timings, or venue arrangements without prior notice. Every effort will be made to communicate significant changes to registered delegates.
By attending the summit, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for event documentation, promotional, and archival purposes. Such content may be published on CONFED-ITA's official channels, print materials, and website.
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. CONFED-ITA reserves the right to expel any attendee who engages in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour without any refund of fees.
CONFED-ITA and its organising committee shall not be liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, health, and safety arrangements. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the organisers (force majeure), the event may be postponed or cancelled. In such cases, registration fees will be handled per a policy communicated at the time.
Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for event communication and administration. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for legitimate event purposes (e.g., badge printing, delegate list for sponsors with your consent).
GST will be charged as applicable based on the nature of the service and the attendee's GST registration status. GST invoices will be issued to those who provide their GSTIN during registration.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
